Every wager you place brings you one step closer to a higher VIP tier. Enjoy exclusive privileges, bigger cashback, and first-class service designed for loyal nettoto members.
The nettoto VIP program is a loyalty reward system designed to appreciate every active and dedicated player on our platform. The more you play, the faster you climb the tiers — and the greater the privileges that await.
Unlike other platforms that offer generic bonuses with little real value, the nettoto VIP program is built around three clear tiers — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — where each tier delivers a distinct set of benefits that members can genuinely feel.
Since the program launched, thousands of players from across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur all the way to Kota Kinabalu — have enjoyed VIP benefits that make playing at nettoto a completely different experience. Not just empty promotions, but rewards that genuinely add value to your time and money.
Even better, there are no registration fees or complicated requirements to join the nettoto VIP program. Just play as you normally would — our system will automatically calculate your points and notify you when you qualify to move up to the next tier.
Choose your path — each tier offers greater privileges and a more personalized experience.
All VIP benefits are loyalty rewards and do not promise any winning outcomes in games.
The nettoto VIP points system is designed to be transparent and fair for all players. Every ringgit you wager on any game on our platform will automatically accumulate points in your VIP account.
Points earning rates vary by game category — video slots and number games typically earn points at a higher rate than Live Casino games, but all categories qualify for the VIP program. This means you're free to play your favourite games without worrying about missing out on tier progression.
Every wager on Slots, Sports, Live Casino, or number games automatically accumulates VIP points. No separate registration required.
Log in to your account panel to view your current points total, progress toward the next tier, and the history of rewards you've received.
Once you reach the required points threshold, tier upgrades happen automatically and you will be notified via an in-account notification.
Once you move up a tier, all new privileges take effect immediately — higher cashback, bigger withdrawal limits, and faster support.
From finances to gameplay experience — every aspect is designed to ensure VIP members get the best.
Platinum VIP Members enjoy withdrawals processed in under 15 minutes, including on weekends.
Earn daily or weekly cashback based on your playing activity — no need to request it manually.
Platinum Members get a dedicated account manager available to contact directly for all needs — 24 hours a day.
Special rewards for your membership anniversary, birthday, and key milestones, sent directly to your account.
Exclusive events, online tournaments, and special activities open only to selected nettoto VIP members.
Enjoy higher deposit and withdrawal limits compared to regular members — more flexibility for active players.

In the world of online gambling platforms, many Malaysian players have faced bitter experiences — bonuses that can't be withdrawn, excessively high wagering requirements, or VIP treatment that looks great on paper but delivers nothing in reality.
Nettoto takes a different approach. Our VIP program is built on transparency — every listed benefit is a real benefit you can use without hidden conditions. Wagering requirements for VIP bonuses are kept at a reasonable level that active players can easily meet.
The data security of our VIP members is also a top priority. Your personal information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, and all identity verification (KYC) processes are handled with full confidentiality. You can read more about how we protect your data in the nettoto Privacy Policy.
Whether you're from Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Penang, Sabah, or Sarawak — the nettoto VIP program is available to everyone, with no location discrimination. As long as you have an internet connection, you're eligible to enjoy every benefit you've earned.
Important Note: The nettoto VIP program is a loyalty reward program only. We do not guarantee or promise that VIP status will improve your chances of winning in any game. Please play responsibly and within your means. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming us.
