Login Security nettoto — What Protects Your Account

At nettoto, your account security is not just an add-on feature — it is the core of our platform infrastructure. When you log in, multiple layers of security work simultaneously to ensure only you can access your account.

Every login session is encrypted with end-to-end SSL 256-bit encryption. This means all data travelling between your device and nettoto's servers cannot be read by any third party, even if they manage to intercept it.

We also support two-factor authentication (2FA), which you can enable from your account settings. With 2FA, even if someone knows your password, they will still need the OTP code sent to your registered phone number to log in — an additional layer of protection that is highly effective.

Nettoto's real-time activity monitoring system detects any suspicious login attempts — including attempts from new locations, unrecognized devices, or repeated failed password entries. In such cases, our system will temporarily lock the account and notify you via SMS.

Security Reminder: nettoto will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including staff claiming to be from nettoto.
Account Security Tips You Should Follow
1
Use a Strong & Unique Password
Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Do not use the same password for other accounts.
2
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
From account settings, enable 2FA for an additional layer of protection — mandatory for all financial transactions.
3
Log Out After Every Session
Especially when using a shared device or public WiFi — always log out when you're done playing.
4
Verify URL Before Logging In
Always access nettoto through the correct URL: nettoto.fun — not a fake site that may attempt to steal your information.
5
Update Registered Phone Number
Make sure the phone number on your account is always active and up to date — it's essential for receiving OTPs and security notifications.
FAQ — Login & Account Access

Login issues? Forgot your password? Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your phone number or username, and an OTP code will be sent to your registered phone number within seconds. Use that code to access the password reset page and create a new password. If you do not receive the OTP or encounter any issues, contact our support team via Live Chat for immediate assistance.

Your account may be temporarily locked for several reasons: too many failed password attempts (usually more than 5 times), login activity from an unusual location or device, or at the player's own request via self-exclusion tools. To unlock a restricted account, contact our support team via Live Chat with your identity verification details and we'll assist you promptly.

Yes, nettoto allows simultaneous logins from multiple devices. However, for security reasons, our system monitors concurrent logins from significantly different locations. If unusual activity is detected, an additional verification may be required. We recommend always logging out of unused sessions to avoid any security risks.

After logging in, go to Account Settings and select "Security". From there, enable the "Two-Factor Authentication" option and follow the instructions to link your phone number. Once activated, every new login will require an OTP sent to your phone as a second verification step. This is the most effective way to protect your account from unauthorized access.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the nettoto support team via Live Chat immediately. We will block all access to your account in real time and investigate the activity. Change your password immediately and enable 2FA if you have not already done so. All unauthorised transactions will be investigated and resolved in accordance with our policy.
