1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Player" / "You" – refers to any individual who registers or uses nettoto services.

2. Eligibility & User Account

• Not appearing on the platform's exclusion list or any self-exclusion player list.

Nettoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Accepted documents include MyKad, valid Malaysia passport or driving licence. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

3. Deposits & Financial Transactions

Nettoto accepts deposits in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) through supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption for maximum security.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 per transaction.
• Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account immediately under normal circumstances.
• Nettoto is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended immediately.

4. Withdrawal of Winnings

All withdrawals at nettoto are processed to a Malaysian bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your nettoto account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 30 per request.
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
